in? newcomers referring to people who want to join organized crime syndicates either distributing, transporting, or selling illegal drugs? how do these organizations work? how is it that new people are allowed in? does anyone have a clue as to how such matters are handled?How does organized crime work when it comes to the illicit drug trade? how is it that newcomers are allowed?
usually newcomers are drafted in by befriending existing members. For example, the cashier at a local off-license who rings up the criminal's order every week might, over time, strike up a conversation with them. If the criminal thought the cashier could be trusted, he might give them a small task to perform and then gradually bring them into the organization.How does organized crime work when it comes to the illicit drug trade? how is it that newcomers are allowed?
